Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

Returns or Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You can return your product for store credit, exchange for a different product, or opt for a refund to the original payment method.

To qualify for an return or exchange, all yarns must be in the original condition and skein. Any yarns that have been caked, hand wound, or rolled into a ball or have been used in a project (such as have been knit or crocheted with) are not eligible for return or exchange. Skeins will be weighed upon return to check they match the original supplied weight. Soiled or used items do no qualify for exchange or refund. Discounted items and digital items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, as all sales on these are final.

You must contact us regarding your request for return or refund within 14days of receiving your item(s) . The best way to do this is to reply to your order confirmation email, stating which item(s) you would like to return. All items must be mailed out within 30days of receiving the item(s). 

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original state the item will not qualify for a refund or exchange and the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. The buyer is responsible for taking all necessary precautions to ensure the item(s) is returned to us to receive a refund or exchange. 

Refunds will be issued within a week of receiving the returned item. Refunds will not include shipping expenses.
