Shipping policy
In stock, ready to ship items can take 3-7 business days to process. Dyed to order items can take 5-14 business days to process, depending on the size of the order or the overall business load. Pre-order collection releases may have specific terms that apply and this information is available on these items listings in the Shop.
Items are shipped via New Zealand Post. Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties that may apply. Broomstitch cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs or other general postage delays.
Orders are shipped with tracking information and delivery confirmation. For this reason, Broomstitch cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items due to improper handling during the shipping process. Please contact New Zealand Post to raise a claim for any missing items or items damaged in transit.
